About the Entrepreneur

Falling in love with business management, I formed Sixth Coast Partners to buy a great business and to work together to preserve an owner's entrepreneurial legacy.

I am an adventurer. As the youngest of four siblings, my childhood was lively and often chaotic. My father is an accountant, turned business operator and my late mother was a high school biology teacher. In our family, hard work was both expected, and role modelled.

Work and life have taken me on quite a journey. From a childhood in Malaysia, to attending college in London, then marrying a man from a small town in Ohio, I have loved every new experience.
My professional journey started in investment banking, then I ventured into management consulting where I worked with businesses globally. Most recently I was an executive in a F&B procurement technology company.
These experiences have given me the foundations to buy and run a small business where I can build upon an owner's legacy. I'm excited for this adventure and look forward to meeting business owners.

Working with business owners
1. Connect
We get to know each other through calls and in person meetings. I sign a confidentiality agreement to learn in-depth about your business.
2. Discover
I share a letter of intent (LOI) that outlines preliminary key terms and price. I proceed to work with you through a diligence and transition planning process
3. Acquire
We finalize the terms of the agreement together and begin planning for an operational transition.

4. Transition
I step in to take over the day to day management of the business and fully execute the transition plan. This enables you to begin your next adventure.
